Pecans contain many B-complex groups of vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, and folates. Pecans are also rich in minerals such as iron, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

We hand sort and sprout with mineral rich spring water and himalayan salt (containing 84+ minerals).
